Refund Policy

Even though we offer a better price which you can get a cup free ship to u within 10 dollars, we cannot make sure every cup is exactly the one that you want. But you have one chance to replace for every order. So we do not accept refund on this order.

2. 🙆‍♀️Order on other products can be refunded before we start to ship. 

3. For any order that already arrived at your place,🙅‍♀️ we do not offer refund. If cups were accidentally broken, please contact us at once and offer the picture. We will ship new ones to you with an apologizing gift as soon as possible.
